Complimentary worldwide shipping — every Emperielle order ships free, fully tracked, door-to-door.
Processing time
Each piece is dispatched within 3–5 business days from our overseas fulfillment partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery windows
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–16 business days
- Canada, Australia & rest of world: 12–20 business days
Delivery windows are estimates. Times may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected customs delays. We'll keep you updated if anything affects your order.
Tracking
Every order is fully tracked door-to-door. Your tracking link arrives by email the moment your order ships, and updates the entire journey through to delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition with tags attached. Buyers cover return shipping. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: final sale items, swimwear that has been worn or has had the hygienic liner removed, and pierced jewelry.
30-day quality guarantee
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — including return shipping, on us.
Damaged or missing items
Email support@emperielle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or shows the package was lost in transit, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package can't be recovered, we'll send a free replacement.
Customs & duties
Orders to most countries arrive with no additional fees. Some destinations may charge import duties or taxes at delivery — these are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for specific rates.
