Sizing

All pieces include detailed size charts on the product page. We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. Emperielle pieces generally run true to European fit.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates from the day your order ships: US 7–14 business days, International 8–21 business days. Shipping is free on every order. Full details on our shipping policy.

Why does shipping take a little longer than Amazon?

Because we're not Amazon — and that's a good thing. Many of our pieces are crafted to order by specialty makers rather than mass-warehoused, which means a little more wait for something that isn't sitting in every mall. We pad our delivery estimates so your order almost always arrives sooner than the latest date shown.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend.

When will my tracking update?

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear — this is totally normal and doesn't mean anything's wrong.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery on eligible items. Swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons. Always email us first to start a return. See our refund policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email support@emperielle.com within 72 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back. Reach out to us before leaving a review or opening a dispute; we'll always make it right.

How do I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. Most pieces are best cold hand-washed and laid flat to dry to preserve fabric and shape.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, free of charge. Customs and duties are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@emperielle.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders are being prepared for shipment and can't be changed.
