We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just reach out and we'll take care of you.
15-Day Returns
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
- Swimwear, bikinis, and one-piece swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry and accessories (sunglasses, hats, bags)
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased on clearance
- Items damaged through normal wear or improper care
How to Start a Return
- Email support@emperielle.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 24–48 hours. Please do not ship anything back before you receive instructions — returns sent without approval can't be processed.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email support@emperielle.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo or short video and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back. This is the fastest way to get sorted, so always reach out before leaving a review or opening a dispute.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size or color is to start a return on the original item and place a new order so you don't miss out while stock lasts. We'll refund the original once it's approved.
Cancellations & Changes
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, your order is already being prepared for shipment and may not be able to be changed.
Refund Exceptions
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delays caused by customs or carriers — on their own — are not grounds for a refund, but we'll always help track your order until it arrives. Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be refunded minus shipping costs once the package is received back.
